KSM Remote offers a similar experience to Small Group training while in the comfort of your home or personal gym. Members have the choice to meet up to 4x/week. Members also have access to all recorded sessions. This is the best online platform if you’re looking for true hardstyle kettlebell training.
PROGRAMMING
Just like Small Group Training, workouts are strategically programmed each week in 5-week phases. New members can join at ANY time. The entire year is programmed to give you endless results, accountability, and most importantly... FUN!
It is recommended that you know how to swing, Turkish get up, clean, press, and squat prior to joining KSM Remote. If you are new, please consider joining Small Group Training first.
SESSIONS
While each LIVE Zoom session is different, Kara creates a sense of routine every time we meet. You can expect:
Mobility warm-up
Movement prep
Main strength exercises
Conditioning circuit
Cool down
*LIVE Zoom sessions are 45-minutes long.
COMMITMENT
Kara's training offers a unique experience. There is a high commitment level when enrolling to work with Kara. You can choose to participate in sessions LIVE or watch the recorded sessions at your convenience.
Unlimited misses are allowed; however, it is HIGHLY encouraged to watch the recorded workout of the session missed. Each and every workout is planned to make you stronger and a skilled mover. If you're looking for accountability, this is for you.
The best way to describe what Kara has curated is it feels like a "club". Did you play sports or were you involved in clubs as a kid? If you did, you know how important practice was. That is what Kara's training is like!
APP ACCESS
Every member gets access to Kara's TrainHeroic app free of charge. You will get access to every workout. That is also where to Zoom link will be listed.
You will use the app to record weight being used, reps, and more!

Kara has LIVE Zoom sessions every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30-8:15am EST
Mondays = Push
Tuesdays = Pull
Wednesdays = Push
Fridays = Pull
