Join the Kara Shaffer Moves community! KSM Remote Training is the best program for you if you're looking for TRUE hardstyle kettlebell training. Remote training incorporates LIVE Zoom sessions and individual workouts. You will get a similar experience to in-person training while in the convenience of your home or personal gym!

Workouts range from 20-40 minutes long with minimal equipment. Each workouts includes a mobility warm-up, form breakdown, complexes, and more. You'll love the results and simplicity with kettlebell training.

You'll receive 3 programmed workouts/week. The LIVE Zoom scheudle is:

  • Mondays 5:00-5:30pm EST CONDITIONING
  • Tuesdays 7:00-7:30am EST STRENGTH
  • Thursdays 7:00-7:30am EST STRENGTH

If you miss a LIVE session or you're wanting to add more, you'll have access to all recorded workouts.

KSM Remote workouts are for intermediate+ members. If you are a beginner, click here.

Programming is done every 4 weeks (with 1 deload week after) and members can join at any time!

Learn Proper Form
Learn how to correctly do skills like you’re in an in-person session. You’ll receive the same cues to get an amazing full body workout.
Efficient on Time
Each workout cuts right to the point. All you need are your kettlebells, a yoga mat, 20-30 minutes, and a positive attitude. Let the results speak for themselves.
Kettlebell training is FUN and extremely fulfilling. You’ll increase your fitness and become more athletic with just kettlebells when done correctly!
