Intermediate Olympic weightlifting program. This program will be focused on making you better at snatch, clean, and jerk. While also becoming a more well rounded lifter. We incorperate weightlifting, powerlifting and bodybuilding movements. Workouts will take 45-60 min to complete. This program can be used by those who are solely looking to train as an olympic weightlifter, or are crunched for time or are looking to add a supplemental weightlifting program on top of their current training regiment.Features
