Is there a contract?
Your subscription is month to month, and you can change it at any time.
What if I join mid-program after everyone has already started?
We recommend jumping in and starting on the program at whatever phase of the training that is currently underway. You will just pick up where the community is at, and after the first week, you’ll be right on track!
I just started working out, can I handle the workouts?
It doesn’t matter if you are a ‘newbie’ or novice lifter, or an old ‘meathead’ who has been crushing it in the gym for years, these exercises are designed to scale to your fitness level.
