From average to savage is a special KBCU program for people of all skill levels. Whether you have played around with KB's in the past, or have wanted to, this program lays the foundation, and will challenge you to perfect your skills. It is the same program I have trained 100's of the top coaches in the world with. Learn how to blend kettlebells, plyometric, and sprint training together to become the most well rounded version of yourself.

Plyometrics!
A benefit of this program is learning how to properly jump and land. Plyometrics play a role in keeping the body younger longer, and developing athleticism.

Mobility!
You will develop strength while working on mobility and flexibility. The result is a healthier body, that is prepared for longevity.

STRENGTH and muscular size!
You will get STRONG during this program! We will use squats, presses, and deadlifts to build total body strength and muscular size. Get ready to get feel your best!

Develop power!
The kettlebell is an amazing implement to develop human power. As you age power is the quality that takes the biggest hit. We train it 3x a week in this program.

The kettlebell burns more calorie per minute used than any other piece of equipment. We will develop cardiovascular endurance and get shredded in the process!

Equipment
Recommended
1. Light // Medium // and Heavy kettlebell. Recommended // but not optional is to have a pair of bells you have access to. 2. A jump rope 3. 4-6 LB medicine ball 4. 1/4' thick red band 5. 6' hurdles. Maybe 3-5 of them.

Why only three days of training per week?
Training should compliment an active lifestyle. On your "off days" run, hike, swim, get outside. Put the training to good use!
