Team Training
A benefit of this program is learning how to properly jump and land. Plyometrics play a role in keeping the body younger longer, and developing athleticism.
You will develop strength while working on mobility and flexibility. The result is a healthier body, that is prepared for longevity.
STRENGTH and muscular size!
You will get STRONG during this program! We will use squats, presses, and deadlifts to build total body strength and muscular size. Get ready to get feel your best!
Develop power!
The kettlebell is an amazing implement to develop human power. As you age power is the quality that takes the biggest hit. We train it 3x a week in this program.
Endurance and fat loss!
The kettlebell burns more calorie per minute used than any other piece of equipment. We will develop cardiovascular endurance and get shredded in the process!

"I've tried a lot of programs, but none of them were like KBCU programs. The guided practice and bad ass community is the best. I highly recommend!"

"I've always been strong, but this program has helped me develop my weaknesses. Learning how to jump, refining my kettlebell skills, and sprinting has taken my training to a whole different level!"
