FAQs
Is this 1-on-1 personal training?
No, this is a group training program. Our coaches and community will be there to support you at every step of the way!
What if I get injured?
With the annual plan, we suggest you wait it out. Do your rehab as prescribed and get back at it once you are 100% fit. If you are a monthly subscriber, you can cancel the plan at any point and rejoin when you recover from the injury! But remember you can work around injuries based on the severity!
What if my card does not work for payment?
You can email us at thekaizenfitness@gmail.com or pay via UPI on 9874666443 and you will be added to the program by us.
How do I know if I'm doing an exercise correctly?
We always recommend you to take videos of your last set and post it on the community. Our coaches will give you detailed feedbacks and you can learn from that and the mistakes that other group members make as well!
Do I need any equipment?
You don't NEED any equipment but you can definitely increase the intensity with resistance bands, tubes, a pair of DBs and kettlebells. There are options for everyone so all you need is your body and some discipline and you're good to go!
