FAQs
What if I don't have access to a Strongman Gym?
While having access to a Strongman gym at least 1-2x per week is recommended, very few gyms will have absolutely everything. Each exercise will have variants that will help you train in nearly any environment. A little creativity will go a long way!
Is there a minimum amount of Strongman Equipment recommended?
Things like Logs, Yokes, and Farmer handles will be great but at the minimum it would help immensely to have a sandbag that you can load to various weights. Strongman sandbags can be purchased online or you can find cheap canvas bags at Military Surplus stores.
What if I can't make it to the gym every day?
The program will have 4 lifting days, 2 conditioning days that can be done in or outside of the gym, and 1 very light/off day, mainly walking/recovery that can be done at home. If you can only make it 4 days, the 2 conditioning days can be added at the end of a session if absolutely necessary.
Is there a recommended minimum strength level?
There is no minimum requirement of strength. While some implements may be too heavy for you at first, there are work around that can allow you to use them in the future. From beginner to intermediate to advanced, this program will help to improve your overall ability and strength in Strongman.
