This training is for anyone of any age who wants to move better, get rid of pain, become strong and get truly explosive.
How many training days are there?
There are 5 days of training a week. I also release the next month of programming on the 28th of each month
Is this is only for athletes?
No, if you want to move better and look great while getting stronger? this is for you!
How do I receive the program?
Once you purchase the membership or start the free trial, then you will get the program instantly and you can hop into our programming! if we are in the middle of the week you can adjust to fit your needs! I teach how to do this in the membership as well!
Am I strong enough for this program
Strength numbers don't matter like old school coaches make you believe. We focus on strength and power development so even if you aren't strong you will see great success!
I have some tendinitis, should I join the program?
In every phase we tackle tendinitis early on. We have regressions and progressions for athletes with knee pain, ankle pain and shin splints. You can join in at any time and improve your injury right away!
