Weekly Programming with Videos
Quality training doesn't need to take two hours. Each training session will be efficient, while hitting multiple muscle groups and progressively changing exercise selection, volume, and intensity over time. In addition, videos with cues will be attached to every exercise for you to reference at any time.

Form Check for Exercises
Nailing your form can be the difference between plateauing and hitting PRs! You will be able to send videos of your exercises at any time to the group for guidance and feedback.

Recovery and Lifestyle
I would be lying to you if I said you can just train hard and neglect the other 23 hours of your day. You can ask about lifestyle habits, such as sleep and nutrition, to help with recovery from the training sessions.

Online Community
An online community SHOULD NOT be our only form of connection, but it can be a powerful supplement. It offers a space to hold each other accountable, share wins and struggles, and stay motivated on our health and fitness journeys. While real-life interactions remain essential, this virtual support system will help keep us connected and consistent.

Who is this for?
This program is designed for anyone looking to improve their general health and fitness, while open to new approaches. The emphasis is training for a stronger and healthier body, while improving your physique.
What if I am missing equipment?
No worries! Substitutions are okay and you will always be able to ask the group or myself if you are not sure what to do. I don't expect you to have access to every piece of equipment all the time.
What if I don't like the program?
It may not be for you and that is okay! You can try it for a week for free to see what you think. If you end up just wanting to try something else, you can always cancel.
What results can I expect?
You can expect efficient training sessions that will hit several goals at once (i.e. strength, muscle, endurance, mobility). This program will rarely prioritize one thing over another which is great because you can get a little bit of everything. If you want to add something in, you always can.
