EACH DAY YOU TRACK STEPS, 1 STRENGTH MOVEMENT AND 1 MOBILITY CHALLENGE. (MAXIMUM PER HOUR/MOVEMENT) GIVING YOU 3 SUGGESTIONS PER MOVEMENT/LEVEL (1,2,3). YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE THE SAME SUGGESTED LEVEL FOR ALL MOVEMENTS.

*I SUGGEST A NUMBER OF REPS YOU SHOULD AIM FOR PER HOUR. TO AVOID BURNOUT AND INJURY. 

WHY 1 MOVEMENT? 

AFTER WORKING IN THE INDUSTRY FOR ALMOST A DECADE NOW I NOTICE THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS CONSISTENCY IN MOVEMENT OVER A LARGE PORTION OF TIME. EVERYONE FIND A FEW WEEKS TO GET MOTIVATED BUT THEN FALL OFF. 

THIS ALLOWS YOU TO FOCUS ON ONE THING DAILY. NOT SAYING THIS IS A LONG TERM FIX - BUT IT WILL BE THE PERFECT START UP. ACCOUNTABILITY, COMPETE, COMMUNITY AND START MOVING AGAIN!
