Jriven for 30 is an at home program that requires minimal equipment and 30-40 minutes of your day! Time is of the essence in our world today, and this program will utilize your time in the best way possible and leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and ready for your busy day ahead.

Workouts include full body strength, HIIT, core, balance, and mobility training. This program will run continuously through 4-week blocks. In these blocks, you will be exposed to bodyweight, band, and dumbbell/kettlebell exercises with specific training goals in mind. You will experience unique and creative workouts that are fun and effective! By the end of the 4-week block, you will be excited ready for the next block!

DURATION: 4X/WEEK

GOALS: STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, MOBILITY, OVERALL GENERAL FITNESS

TRAINING SESSIONS: 30-40 MINUTES
