Do I need access to a gym for this programming?
Yes, you will need access to a gym for this program. I have other programs available for people who don't have access to a gym, check them out!
How do I get started?
Click the "Join Today" to sign up, then follow the instructions to download TrainHeroic and you'll see your training via the app. You'll also see a "Messages" tab if you need to message me!
Can I join whenever?
Yes! The best time to join is now! A new cycle of training will begin every 10-12 weeks but even if you join in the middle of a cycle then you can still get straight into the action and then you'll be there for the start of the next block of training.
