What you'll need:
This program is designed for full gym access (barbell, pull up bar, bench, box, dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted ball)
BUT all barbell movements have a dumbbell alternative so if you don't have access to a barbell, no problem!
ALSO if you ever run into a movement that isn't quite working with your equipment or space, just message Coach Johnnie and she'll help you out!
