When you subscribe to this program you'll receive weekly results-driven workouts that will:

So many programs neglect one or two aspects of training, but I don't know if you're like me but I want to build and sustain a lean, athletic body so we can't be missing out on the good stuff!

  • What you'll need:

  • This program is designed for full gym access (barbell, pull up bar, bench, box, dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted ball)

  • BUT all barbell movements have a dumbbell alternative so if you don't have access to a barbell, no problem!

  • ALSO if you ever run into a movement that isn't quite working with your equipment or space, just message Coach Johnnie and she'll help you out!
