Being a husband, father, active in my church and full time trade worker I understand the difficulty of trying to stay in or get in shape but feeling like I don't have the time. With this 4 day program I take all the thought out of it for you and make it easy for you to make the best progress of your life without spending hours in the gym. These workouts will be effective but quick so you can get back to your responsibilities. This isn't just coaching for me. I want to build a community to help guide you not only physically but also spiritually. Any one is welcome but my goal is to also share with you the Gospel of Jesus while helping you reach your fitness goals. These workouts are backed by science but also my own personal experiences. I have been coached and taught by some of the best powerlifting coaches in the world during my time competing as a powerlifter. I understand what it takes to get really strong and put on muscle. With this program you are going to make more progress than you ever have while feeling like you are doing the least amount of work you have ever done in the gym. This program will also allow you to have the weekends off if you don't have the time to train then.
