The program mostly utilizes a mix of strength, mobility, calisthenics and plyometrics to build a robust, athletic & capable body.
This program is for anyone who wants to train more like an athlete whilst still getting a great dose of hypertrophy work - to not only maximize muscle gain but also to feel physically capable of anything you throw yourself at!
As your coach we will also be fully partaking in doing the program alongside yourself so we can test it out before you follow along.
I believe that this program will cover the majority of your needs within the gym setting with regards to STRENGTH, CAPACITY, MOVEMENT, SKILL DEVELOPMENT & POWER.
