The programme mostly utilizes a mix of strength, mobility, calisthenics and plyometrics to build a robust, athletic & capable body.
This programme is for anyone who wants to train more like an athlete whilst still getting a great dose of hypertrophy work - to not only maximize muscle gain but also to feel physically capable of anything you throw yourself at!
I've been weight training for over 15 years and been a full time physiotherapist for the last 8 years, working from all levels of post injury/surgery all the way through to S&C for some of Ireland's top runners and powerlifters. This experience has allowed me to develop my own style of training which I practice and experiement on myself before delivering it here!
