Named after the Greek goddess of strength, this program is designed to get you stronger, leaner, and better conditioned with time-efficient workouts.

These workouts can be done at virtually any commercial gym and are open to all fitness levels.

There's no guess work on your part. I write every workout for you and you follow it on your own time.

Each month is a new cycle with varied exercises. There's 4 days of lifting and 1 day of cardio.
