What Equipment do I need?
Everything we use can be found at most standard gyms. We use mostly Barbells, Dumbbells, and some machines.
How do I access the training?
I work with TrainHeroic to deliver training plan. You'll create an account and your training will be delivered via the TrainHeroic app (both iOS and Android) every day. There are video instructions around each movement and I make sure to deliver detailed instructions as well.
