Welcome to Jack of all Trades Training!
Who is it for? JOAT is for recreational athletes/motivated individuals looking to develop multiple aspects of fitness.
What is JOAT? JOAT is a 4 day per week subscription-based training program that includes a mix of traditional strength training, Olympic lifting, calisthenics and gymnastics skills. Workouts range from 40-65 minutes in length and are released on a weekly basis.
This program is not meant to take away from your other physically demanding hobbies but to supplement them! We want to bring together like-minded individuals and build a community for those to share their training progress!
Get ready to unleash your full potential and become the ultimate Jack of All Trades!
