Let's be honest. Looking good plays a big role in the confidence we bring to all endeavors. This program has a big emphasis on hypertrophy & physique, while prioritizing gaining strength! These two things go hand in hand. We utilize all movement patterns, not just the "big 3" to gain strength that transfers to the real world and a physique that makes you proud to take your shirt off at the beach.

If we're gonna look the part, we need the capability to use it as well. Work capacity is something you cannot fake. You either put in the work...Or you didn't. We'll be using various equipment to increase our work capacity, along with classic endurance training. Otherwise known as cardio.

Is it for beginners?
While anyone can succeed on this program, I do recommend having a basic understanding of the barbell lifts
When should I start
RIGHT NOW! This program is designed to be able to start at anytime in the training block.
What Does a Typical Training Week Look Like?
Most blocks of training have 3-4 days of strength training, with 2-3 days of optional conditioning. This could be work capacity circuits, short anaerobic intervals, running, etc.
