Iron Ritual

Coach
Matt Garman

There are great hypertrophy programs, great strength programs and great mobility programs, but I have yet to see a good combination of all of those with time efficiency in mind. From my football playing career to some of the greatest names in the industry that I've worked under and the many programs I've purchased and gone through myself, I've combined all of those experiences, lessons and techniques into Iron Ritual Crew.

I've been applying these same principles to the 1,000's of parents I worked with in person for years, getting great results and now we are giving the same exact formula to anyone that wants to train with us at Iron Ritual Crew.

Lastly, I want to explain our logo. It's an upside down skull with flowers. It stands for "Out of death comes life" I specifically created this logo because I deeply believe that as parents when we can die to our selfish desires, lazy inhibitions and lack of discipline, the version of our life we truly want begins to come to life and the family unit can really thrive.

If you're a parent trying to figure it all out and want a no B.S sustainable approach, I invite you to join us.

No ego, Let's get to work.

Energy
Your body's energy system is like a bank. You can't withdraw something you haven't deposited. You have to give in order to get. This doesn't mean you have to feel like you've ran into a brick wall after every workout. In fact, it's the opposite. Once you figure out the balance, you will have more energy than you know what to do with. You can start with 20 mins/day & I'll help you scale from there.

Strength for everyday parenting
Our program focuses on a specific range of styles. Everything from building muscle, to losing fat and increasing strength to maintaining or building your athleticism. All for the sole purpose of being THAT parent that can be fully active with their kid(s) and look amazing the entire time. Yes, it IS possible.

Time Efficient
You know those guys that spend 4 hours a day in the gym. Then sell "their" supplements, fooling you into thinking all you have to do is TAKE THIS PILL and you too can be like them???... Yeah, screw those guys. Not only do you not have to be juiced out of your mind, but you also don't have to spend every waking moment in the gym. We can make real lasting change with 20-45 mins/day.

Cost Effective
When I was an in person trainer, it would cost $100-150 per session to work with me. I say that for one reason. At $49/month, the ability to workout whenever is best for you, KNOWING that way you are doing is effective because you have a trainer that has been there/done that..... why wouldn't you try.

Results
All of it sounds good but does it work? Yup. Look at me, look at the social proof. I don't practice anything I'm not doing. I give you everything I know and do myself.

FAQs
How will I know if I'm doing things right?
Every move has a form video attached to it so you can see, but you can also just ask.
How much time will I need?
I program anything from 20 to 45 mins to an hour. But I'm very clear on what you should do inside the program if you don't have a lot of time for that particular day.
Will this actually work?
It will if you do.
What equipment do I need?
A full gym setup will be best. If you're working out from home or in a smaller gym, you will need access to DB's, barbell, bench, squat rack and a few accessory items like bands, med balls and treadmill/rower.

"I was extremely athletic back in the day and then injuries, work and family kind've derailed me for several years off and on. I love Iron Ritual because it hits everything that's important to me; time effectiveness, cost and results. Couldn't recommend it more."

Verified Athlete

"I was always a "class" person but when Covid happened & everything shut down, I couldn't find anything I liked. I found Matt and Iron Ritual & everything changed. I'm actually getting results (size 16 to size 8) whereas with classes I hit a plateau. AND he answers all my questions about ANYTHING!"
