At the Iron Lodge Strength Club, we are not another program that is available to the masses. Our virtual memberships are only available to a limited number of people. We chose the name “CLUB” on purpose because 1st & foremost we are a club of like-minded people looking to get Strong.
We offer an environment geared towards individuals who fully intend to accomplish their goals. We are small enough that you will not fall through the cracks and will be missed if you don’t complete and log your workouts. Our no-frills attitude will allow you to focus on what’s important and get to work! Your results will be recorded, tracked, and expected. Community interaction within the club is encouraged as this leads to creating an environment that fosters consistency, and Consistency + Sound Programming = RESULTS.
To help ensure & record the results, there will be benchmark workouts that will test you throughout the program. The purpose of these tests is to evaluate where you are at and measure your progress.

I have been a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) since 2018. I am also a CrossFit Level 2 Coach as well as a USA weightlifting level 1 coach.
