This complete program is designed for general strength and conditioning from the comfort and convenience of your own home for ALL fitness levels. Including 2x home workouts, 2x running sessions and 1x recovery session. Predominantly a body weight workout, it is easy to adapt the exercises to your fitness levels. The running includes an aerobic run and anaerobic interval run.
