Who is this program for?
This program is for competitive hockey players who are serious about their development. Whether you are in the middle of a season or in the off-season, IEA has programming built for where you are in the calendar.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens. The program is built with structure but flexibility in mind. If you miss a session, pick up where you left off and stay the course. Consistency over time is what moves the needle.
What should I expect on an average training day?
Every session starts with a dynamic warmup and RAMP, moves into your primary strength or power work, and finishes with conditioning and a cool down. Sessions run 50-60 minutes and every exercise has a purpose.
