The Warrior Raid is Infitnite’s Fitness MMO-RPG Combat Training Experience that gives Gamers the opportunity to team up, train together, compete, and receive expert guidance from Infitnite’s Wizards in defeating the Dragons in our path towards unlocking our next fitness level.

The Barbarian Igniter Raid is for novice level Warriors with the primary goal of fat burning that train in the style of bodybuilding for strength and hypertrophy.

Each Warrior that joins the Raid receives the Tools, Programs, Support, Accountability & Competition to progress on their adventure towards their fat burning goals.

OBJECTIVE: Aerobic power/capacity training designed to improve both the heart's ability to produce force and maintain high levels of force output for extended periods of time. SCHEME: 15 rounds of 30s sprint, 60s rest EXECUTION: Cyclical arm and leg movement is ideal for maximum speed. During the rest intervals, you can opt for either leg only or arm only to help expedite the HR drop. Focus on your breathing during the rest times, you'll aim to drop the HR as fast as you can before we ramp it up again. SUBSTITUTIONS: You can opt for sprints on a treadmill or outdoor sprints either on foot or bike. Try to abide by the same time intervals.

What is the Barbarian Igniter Raid?
Infitnite’s Fat Burning MMO-RPG Combat Training Experience built for Novice Warriors with the goal of fat loss using a training style designed around functional bodybuilding and strength. Gamers can team up, train together, compete, and receive expert guidance by Infitnite’s Wizards.
What’s the TrainHeroic app?
A performance fitness app and monthly membership platform that allows users to control their training schedule, learn exercise technique with video instructions and coaching points, track progress and stats, compete with other users, and monitor activity and recovery.
What equipment is required?
The combat training program utilizes simple staple equipment such as dumbbells, bands, bench, and foam rollers with no need for specialty machines, chains or setups. Training can be customized to use whatever equipment is available.
Is there Coaching Support?
Three certified professionals, Jasper, Alex and Walt, are available to provide expert support and guidance to help individuals reach their next fitness level through nutrition and fitness.
How does the Combat Training actually work?
There are 6 programs to help you reach your fat burning goals, including resistance and conditioning training, warm up/recovery, nutrition, skills, and progression. Access 1,500 exercise movements with instructional videos, written coaching points, leaderboards, and recovery metrics tracking.
How many Combat Training sessions per week and how long are they?
You can customize the number of training days per week (1-5) with up to 3 full body weight training days, and up to 2 conditioning days that are approximately 60 minutes or less. Combat Training sessions are quick, efficient, and effective for maximizing results
Is there an option to customize your own workout and nutrition?
Yes! You can control your schedule by viewing your upcoming and past training sessions, moving your training when something comes up, and staying organized & accountable for your training. We also give you calorie/macronutrient nutritional guidance based on your goals, body, and activity level.
Would I still be able to do this if I need to gain weight?
You absolutely can! The Raid is primarily training focused with hypertrophy and strength at its core (Barbarian style). You can still make the necessary adjustments to calories so you can recover, gain muscle, and still have fun competing with the community in strength.
How does the Warrior Raid membership work?
By signing up you can get your first 7-days for free, then it becomes a monthly membership of $47/mo. You’ll recieve new monthly Resistance Training sessions, Conditioning sessions, and Macro-Based Nutritional Guidance.
Can I quit out of the Warrior Raid at any time?
Yes, there are no contracts or long term commitments, so you can cancel your membership at anytime from within the TrainHeroic app with no questions asked.
