The whole process is designed around what you want to achieve with your training, taking into consideration your current fitness level and previous training experience.
We conduct a series of assessments to better understand where you are at now so we can create a plan that will get you where you want to be.
The training set up is based on your availability and what access you have, and plans are fully customised for you.
Frequent check-ins keep you on track and all data is measured and managed, including lifestyle factors like sleep, activity, nutrition and stress management.
Training blocks are written in 4 week cycles, we request a minimum of at least 3 cycles. That way we can guarantee progress.
