I am Coach Branden, I have a B.Sc. in Exercise Physiology with 6+ years in coaching experience, as well as over a decade of experience in my own training!

I am so excited to have you as part of our team. I work very hard to keep this team running, and assist in getting you the results you want.

I am 100% dedicated to helping you build your body into what you want it to be.

If you are looking to pack on much muscle as you can, and/or lose the fat you've been wanting to get rid of, then you have definitely found your new home.

At HYPE, you will find that all of the exercises, sets, reps, and technique videos have been provided to you!

I am always updating the technique videos to provide to you some high quality videos of my own, rather than using the generic videos.
