Who is this program for?
This program is designed for combat athletes MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, as well as anyone who wants to train like a fighter. Whether you’re competing or just want to develop fight-ready strength and power, this plan is for you.
How many days per week will I be training?
You’ll train 3–4 days per week, depending on your schedule. The plan is designed to fit alongside your skill work without overloading you.
Can I do this alongside my combat sport training?
Yes the program is built with fighters in mind. The intensity, exercise selection, and recovery are structured so you can still perform at a high level during your combat sessions.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes if you’re new to strength training, the plan includes progressions and technique notes to help you learn safely while building a strong foundation.
