Hybrid Legacy is an online workout community for masters age athletes. Our programming delivers concurrent strength and cardio-respiratory capacity development. 

Cycled strength passes and scheduled test weeks monitor and facilitate gains in both strength and endurance attributes. 

Trainees are encouraged to develop skill and capacity to achieve key levels of strength and aerobic capacity. 

Once attained our trainees should maintain the highest level of fitness possible as to build and reinforce their fitness LEGACY. 

Hybrid Legacy programming includes six weekly training sessions. Completion of a minimum of the three mandatory sessions is considered the minimum level of adherence/participation by each trainee.

Ideally trainees should have access to a gym or home gym with the following equipment // Barbell and weight plates Squat rack or standsPull up bar fixed dip bars Concept 2 Ski // Row and Bike ergs (at least one erg is required)Treadmill or ability to run outdoors Range of dumbbells and/or kettle bells
