Hybrid Legacy is an online workout community for masters age athletes. Our programming delivers concurrent strength and cardio-respiratory capacity development.
Cycled strength passes and scheduled test weeks monitor and facilitate gains in both strength and endurance attributes.
Trainees are encouraged to develop skill and capacity to achieve key levels of strength and aerobic capacity.
Once attained our trainees should maintain the highest level of fitness possible as to build and reinforce their fitness LEGACY.
Hybrid Legacy programming includes six weekly training sessions. Completion of a minimum of the three mandatory sessions is considered the minimum level of adherence/participation by each trainee.
