This program is absolutely not the same as every other "functional fitness" routine sold as true performance training.

While most programs give you a random powerlifting template + a stretch routine and a jumping/kettlebell exercise labeled as "functional training", this is a totally different animal.

The goal of this program is to completely upgrade your body as an organism - maximal strength, speed, endurance, mobility, durability & joint health, reflexes and of course hypertrophy to fill the sleeves.

If you've read any of my material online before, then you understand our approach to training is FAR more comprehensive and covers ground for every single quality those looking for true elite human performance across all domains.

Commonly, when training across a broad spectrum of qualities, coaches either do not know enough about every single quality needed to access full development OR they struggle with fitting each of these exercise elements into a program that can be completed within reason.

The Hybrid Elite Performance Program solves this issue AND provides you with text group access for 1 to 1 contact with me and others in the program for advanced training adjustments.

How do I join the Telegram Group?
After downloading the app and making an account a link will be clickable for you to join as soon as you sign up. You can also message me on the Train Heroic app OR email me at hybridathletetraining@protonmail.com or DM me on any social media for assistance if needed. I'll get you immediately in.
What if I need to adjust my schedule around the plan?
That's what the Telegram group is for - just join that and there will be both some general recommendations as well as direct access to me to advise you on how to adjust your execution of the program to your schedule. There are solutions we use with this model all the time to accommodate variance.
Am I fit enough to even try a program like this?
There are regressions we can suggest to those who need it & that's what the 1:1 access is for. I will help assess your situation if any modifications are needed however the program is designed to also help restore + improve joint health as well as keeping you fresh week to week. It won't cook you.
Do I need special equipment?
The base of the program is built so the vast majority of commercial gyms with barbells, dumbbells and cable will suffice plenty. We have options within the program to make use of niche equipment IF available, but the program was built so that anyone can run it. Many exercise setups are available.
Can I do this program on top of sport play/practice?
Yes, this is partly the purpose of the program design. It is meant to enhance physical preparedness at all levels without leaving you flatlined. Sessions are also meant to be condensed into 60 minutes or less most of the time so that there is both a time + recovery reserve so you can work sport.
What if I can't handle/perform some of the exercises?
This isn't most online team programs that just throw exercises at you and hope for the best. This is not just programming - this is going to be active weekly coaching. Join the telegram group or message me in the Train Heroic app and we will make any adjustments you need based on assessment.
