Who is this subscription built for?
ANVIL programs are designed for former athletes, tactical professionals, and driven individuals who want structured training — not random workouts. If you value progression, intent, and long-term development, you’ll fit right in.
What level of experience do I need?
Most programs are built for intermediate to advanced trainees. If you have at least a year of consistent training experience and understand basic movement patterns, you’ll be comfortable. If you’re brand new, start with the 14-Day Athletic Reset first.
What equipment do I need?
Most programs assume access to a basic gym setup: barbells, dumbbells, racks, and conditioning equipment. Some tracks (like Minimalist) are designed with limited equipment in mind. Equipment requirements are clearly outlined inside each program.
How many days per week do I need to train?
There are options for 3, 4, and 5-day training splits. Choose the schedule that fits your life — not the one that sounds most impressive. Consistency matters more than volume.
Can I switch between programs?
Yes. Your All-In subscription gives you access to every track. You can move between AESTHETICS, FORGED, COMPETE, ENDURANCE, TACTICAL, and more depending on your season and goals.
Is this personalized coaching?

What makes ANVIL different from other training apps?
ANVIL programming is built on structure, progression, and energy system balance — not random daily workouts. Every program follows a clear progression model rooted in long-term athletic development, and biased towards certain training goals depending on your goal(s) and commitment level.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Cancel anytime through TrainHeroic. Stay because the system works — not because you’re locked in.
How soon will I see results?
Results depend on consistency, nutrition, recovery, and effort. The programs are designed for sustainable progress — not short-term transformations. That said, with training consistency and proper nutrition, it's not uncommon to see impressive progress within the first 90 days.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
Start with the track that matches your current schedule and primary goal. If you’re unsure, begin with FORGED 3-DAY or PERFORMANCE AESTHETICS 3-DAY. Simplicity beats overthinking.
