A mix of bilateral and unilateral training across the foundational movement patterns allows us to minimise limb asymmetries and improve robustness reducing the likelihood of injury.

What if I join mid-program after everyone has already started?
We recommend jumping in and starting on the program at whatever phase of the training that is currently underway. You will just pick up where the community is at, and after the first week, you’ll be right on track!
How long do the LIVE STRONG workouts take to complete?
The workouts typically take 1 hour or less, depending on your pacing. However, if you are limited for time, you can simply hit the warm-up and the primary lift to get the desired training effect. The workouts can be modified depending on your personal schedule.
