This program will always be full body, 3 days per week.
This is geared towards beginners and intermediates, while still being great for advanced lifters who have time constraints or simply prefer training 3x per week only.
It's also a good place for people who have other athletic pursuits, like BJJ, running, or other sports related things that are first priority, where you'll be able to fit lifting into your schedule and still get some big gains.
We'll be minimizing fatigue and maximizing stimulus so you can get some heroic hypertrophy without spending hours and hours in the gym.
