How long are workouts?
Workouts will average 45-60 minutes.
How much communication do I get with you?
I'll be in the group chat daily supporting you and the rest of the team.
What equipment do I need access to?
I would recommend a full gym. We will be using barbells, dumbbells, cables and other machines.
Is this friendly for beginners?
Absolutely! As long as you are willing and open to learn
