The basics of powerlifting should be easy to master as long as you do them. Jumping from programme to programme will not get you results. Programming tailored to the beginner will aid you to learn technique and pack on the lean beef quicker than it would on your own

Keeping it Fun!
Exercise selection varies to keep you learning new things and pushing past your comfort zone. Within the first week, you will probably do exercises you have never done before, or have applied differently, that strengthen weaknesses that may have neglected in the past including tempo and paused work

Over 13 years of experience in fitness and powerlifting, Thomas has won the A/WPC World Championships and has experience in competing in the IPF & AWPC. Thomas has coached many athletes to national level in both federations and taking athletes to BUCS. Thomas has extensive knowledge in Powerlifting and is a level 2 certified British powerlifting coach. Thomas also uses RTS methods.

Who Is This Programming For?
If you have been training for less than 2 years, E.P.S would say this is a great starting point
Do I Have To Compete?
Not At All! This is for the beginners that want to increase their totals and gain confidence with powerlifting
When can I start?
You can start whenever you like but would suggest starting at the beginning of the month as that is when the programmes will be sent out and updated
