Welcome to the Guerrilla Barbell Club! We focus on systemized programming for Beginner + Intermediate Weightlifters and CrossFit athletes that produces results, improving both your technique along with your power, strength and speed to help you achieve your goals.

Our program isn't over complicated, it is a structured, evidence-based system for athletes that have goals to improve their Olympic Lifts and hit some new numbers. Every rep is a step toward a measurable goal; every session is designed to progress towards specific goals, rooting your strength in flawless execution.

As a member of the team, you will have access to your coach who will personally oversee your progress and results with a clear focus on helping you improve and hit your goals. We look forward to having you part of our community.

Structured Programming
Most athletes who want to improve their lifts train hard—but they often lack the structure needed to achieve breakthrough performance. The Guerrilla Barbell Club Team Program fixes that. We run long-term, goal-oriented programming broken down into specific training blocks designed to help you progress. We replace random workouts with measurable, technique-driven programming.

Supportive Coaching
I believe it’s important for every athlete on our team and in our community to have a coach who provides active, supportive feedback on their lifts, training logs, and progress. I’m committed to ensuring that every athlete who trains with our team gets the guidance, attention, and accountability they need to continually improve. Promise we will have fun while we do it as well!!

Who is the program for?
Our programming is designed for beginner to intermediate weightlifters and CrossFitters who want to improve their Olympic lifts.
Can I join the Team at anytime?
Of course you can! If you have any questions about where we are at in the Team programming when joining, feel free to ask. You will still get the benefits of the program no matter when you jump in.
Will I get feedback or video review?
Yes, feedback and video reviews will be provided weekly through TrainHeroic. I am passionate about staying connected to our athletes and am committed to providing the feedback to help you improve. Please make sure you upload your videos through the app and provide feedback on your sessions!
What are the goals of the program?
The overall goal is to improve each athletes Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Each block is built with purpose and goals to help you progress the Olympic lifts!
