How Do I Receive The Program?
Training is delivered through the TrainHeroic app. You’ll get a welcome email with a download link to the app and a onboard questionnaire. Once inside, you’ll join the GritLab Blueprint "team" and see your personalized program right on your training calendar 24-48 hours after I receive questionnaire
Is There a Long Term Commitment?
Nope. You'll pay for a month at a time and you can cancel anytime. And, your first 7 days are on me!
