GRIT Athletic Training programs are built with one mission: to develop smarter, stronger, more resilient athletes through science-driven, multi-planar training. Every program blends cutting-edge sports performance research with real world coaching experience to create athletes who can absorb force, redirect it and produce power from any angle at any speed.

Across all sports-volleyball, baseball, softball, rodeo, basketball, hockey, soccer and more-GRIT programs train the qualities that actually matter in competition: hip driven power, tendon strength, deceleration ability, reactive speed, mobility and stability, and elite movement precision.

We don't just train athletes to look good in the weight room, we train them to move better in sport. That means preparing the body for the unpredictable, chaotic, high speed environments that athletes actually compete in. Through 3D movement, variability training, and a deep understanding of biomechanics, GRIT teaches athletes to create force, manage force and transfer force with precision and confidence.

The GRIT program trains power exactly how your sport demands: in every plane of motion. You'll fuse 3D loaded movement training with core and hip Integration to develop full-chain strength from the ground up, ensuring every jump, cut, and sprint connects through your body’s center of mass for unmatched power output.

Achieve Tendon Strength and Elasticity
Stop sacrificing joint health for speed. This program specifically uses deceleration and reactive power drills to build knee-safe quickness, superior stability, and elastic recoil. By integrating ground-up foot and ankle training, you'll enhance stiffness and arch control, allowing you to create and redirect force with lightning-fast, injury-resistant precision.

Build Full Force-Velocity Capability
This is movement intelligence, not just basic lifting. The GRIT system utilizes variable resistance and velocity training to build the entire force-velocity curve—from foundational slow strength to instant, lightning-fast pop off the ground. Whether you need vertical jump or total-body reactive control, you'll teach your body to move quicker, jump higher, and react faster.

Mobility and Stability
Building mobility without stability leaves athletes vulnerable. Building stability without mobility limits performance, GRIT trains both- integrated, dynamic and functional so that athletes can own every movement pattern.
