What fitness level is required to join this program?
This program is designed for intermediate athletes with experience in strength and conditioning. You should be confident with barbell lifts and ready to commit to 4 challenging sessions per week.
What’s the difference between the Basic and Intermediate programs?
The Basic program includes 3 sessions/week focused on foundational strength and general conditioning. The Intermediate program adds intensity, complexity, and a 4th session to target advanced development and athletic performance.
What equipment do I need to follow the workouts?
A barbell, plates, pull-up bar, dumbbells or kettlebells, and access to a conditioning tool (bike, rower, or running space). Optional: resistance bands and gymnastic rings for added variety.
Is there coaching or feedback included with the program?
Absolutely. Inside the TrainHeroic app, you’ll be able to leave comments, ask questions, and get direct feedback from your coach to support your progress and technique.
