How many days a week do I have to train?
There are 5 days of training programmed each week with an extra 6th day for accessory and hypertrophy work. We recommend doing all 6 but you can pick and choose to make it the best fit for you and your goals.
How do I track my progress?
The TrainHeroic app will record all of the data that you enter, including reps, weight, and any other notes you ender to help you see that you are consistently progressing each week.
Do I need a gym membership or can I train at home?
Unless you have all the equipment at home, a gym membership is going to be required to perform the workouts as programmed.
When is the best time to join this program?
The best time to join this program is NOW! This program is designed to allow you to jump in at any time and start seeing progress to your goals.
Is this program for beginners?
This program is for people of all training levels. It is designed to be as difficult as you make it, the more effort you put in, the more results you are going to see.
