Metabolic Conditioning
Designed program to target and burn excess body fat, plus sustain or build lean muscle mass. These workouts involve a combination of compound exercises, such as squats, deadlifts, and varies press. Plus, high intensity work with slam balls and a variety of sled sprints. The goal of the program is to increase caloric expenditure and promote the body's ability to burn fat for energy.

Who is this for?
Anyone from beginner to advanced. Modifications can be made to suit any athlete :)
What if you miss a day?
No worries. It's all about frequency, plus consistency outside of training is all that matters. Missing one day doesn't hinder results
What to expect on a average training day?
It all depends on your effort and intensity. How hard or easy your training will be is based solely on how much effort you put into the training sessions.
How much communication will you get with the coach?
Follow ups will be completed within 48 hours upon completion of 1 weeks worth of training.
