Is there a contract?
After your 7 day free trial your subscription will automatically renew each month. There is no contract and you can change your membership at any time.
How many workouts are there each week?
There are 3 workouts every week and they should take you around 20 minutes to complete. If you want to double down on your mobility work you can perform the workouts twice each week or you can choose a specific area of that you want to focus on and repeat just that workout.
Where do I start?
There is no need to go back to the beginning of a training block or even a the beginning of the week. Simply start at the latest workout on your calendar and continue from there.
What if I don't have all the equipment needed?
Whilst the program is written to use basic equipment that almost every home gym or commercial gym will have, if you find there are exercises you cannot perform simply put your questions in the team chat via the in-app messenger to get advice on what you can replace that exercise with.
What if my injuries stop me from doing certain exercises?
If you have an existing injury that prevents you from performing any of the exercises in the monthly programming simply jump into the team chat and a coach will help you work around your injury and ensure that you can continue to progress your mobility.
If I need help can I get support?
One of the key features of this monthly mobility team is the in-app coach support. If you have any questions about your training at any time, simply pop your question in the team messenger and a coach will get right back to you to help you with your training.
