Get strong is our OG monthly programming designed to get you strong, AF while getting you moving in all planes of motion to keep your body healthy. We always include power, plyometrics, cardio, and core as well!

Beginners strength program
This is a 12 week intro to strength designed for those who are brand new to the gym who want to get strong and put on muscle! We have a slow progression built in to build up your strength baseline as you progress into the program!

A Break From the Barbell
We designed this 12 week program for the lifter who is a little burnt out from heavy barbell work who also wants to get strong and put on muscle. We have a big focus on hypertrophy, here!

12 Week Powerlifting Prep
This program can be used for anyone who is in prep for their powerlifting competition OR for anyone who wants to add weight to their squat, bench, and deadlift to test out a new 1 rep max at the end! We have programmed a peak and taper into the last block!

How do I get help if I need it?
Make sure to join our private Facebook group! That is where you can ask any coaching questions and post form checks!
Who is this program for?
This membership is for anyone looking to use multiple programs, anyone who wants to change programs frequently, or for anyone who wants all of the options available on the platform.
How long are the workouts?
Each program varies, however you can expect daily workouts to range between 30-90 minutes. (powerlifting and strength programs are closer to the 60-90 min range)
