This Team is for anyone that wants to be a better version of themselves and is willing to do the work to get there.

In this team you will receive a 7 day schedule with purposeful rest and we will be collecting the data you have the ability to provide to us. You will have access to this information through Google Drive. We are looking to collect data on our training phases in order to turn them into result driven programs.

You will be asked to be creative with your training methods and do an array of exercises. Our training methods our built off of one focus and that is to improve. Whether that is bigger muscles or a faster 100m dash time, the body has to build. We do not chase soreness because it takes a long time to fully recover from. While we offer this as "Experimental," we aim to help you feel better, move better, think clearer, and perform better. You will always have access to your performance data and with that you will have quantification behind how you feel.

Hypertrophy Training
Hypertrophy Training is great for therapeutic results and building tissues. With Time Under Tension being the focus, the blood flow to the area is high allowing growth.

Movement Training
Movement is the simplest form of training. Explore Ranges of Motion, Moving in all Four Directions and Moving in Creative ways keep the body young.

Strength Training
Strength Training improves your foundation. The force you can create the more options you have in movement. We move weight in a smart fashion.

Mental Exploration
Mental Training is not a one way course. It is about learning yourself and improving through action. We offer tutorials on thought provoking ideas along with scientific resources to understand the Mind and Brain more.

Who's is this program for?
Anyone that has access to a commercial gym and/or a lot of equipment, space to run/move and wants to explore themselves and learn how to improve as humans. NOT for athletes that compete in 1 or more sports. We have training specific for competing athletes.
How do we enter data?
You will be shared to a Google Folder that will give you access to Sheets to collect numerical data and Notes to journal and collect qualitative data.
Is this individualized training?
No this is group based programming with the goal of collecting results on the effects of training phases. We offer 1on1 Training on our Website.
