The Gain Train is a women's resistance training group for beginners accessible on the Train Heroic app. Here, you will get new workouts each week. All you have to do is watch the instructional break down of each exercise, perform it, and record how much you do. That's it.

Accessibility is key. All the exercises in this program can be mimicked at home using minimal equipment if desired. The 3 sessions you are assigned throughout the week can also be moved as needed or repeated based on your varying skill level.
