Progress & Performance

Bodybuilding, Functional Training, Powerlifting, Strength & Conditioning, Plyometrics
Coach
Mirek Krejcir

This program is designed for people who are familiar with the proper technique of fundamental exercises such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, and strict press. It is structured so that both beginners and advanced athletes can benefit from it. The program trains your whole body across three sessions per week, with each session taking approximately 1–1.5 hours. It combines basic exercises with some less common ones and is designed to challenge you while keeping you on the right track toward consistent progress. Ideally, you should have access to a gym with some basic machines, but the program can also be completed in functional training facilities such as CrossFit gyms.

FAQs
Is it okay if I sometimes miss some sessions in a week?
Of course. We all have sometimes weeks where it is not possible to go to the gym 3 times. You can do that session in the next week or you just move for the next one with having in mind to not increase the weights much.
I know fundamental exercises. Is it really everything I need to know?
Yes. Other exercises are based on the basic/fundamental ones. There are videos and description of crucial points for every exercise. And if you are unsure, you can always type or send video to your coach.
I do running few times a week. Is it ok with this plan?
Of course. I even recommend doing some cardio work with it. Cardio training or even if you do sprints, this plan is still solid accessory to it. Just keep in mind that it is better to do strength training as the first session of the day and cardio later.
