The Full Strength Father Train Heroic Team is a one-stop resource for fathers looking to get in the best shape of their lives. This team program is built on a foundation of a total body lift 3x a week with a defined progression structure. The 4 additional programming tracks that are built around the 3x total body lifts and include: athleticism, endurance, strongman, and mixed conditioning. Detailed descriptions of each training session, sets, reps, tempos and more are provided allowing you to execute your training with high intent and generate life-changing results.

Strength & Conditioning Progressions
The Full Strength Father Method is a programming system that adapts to your progress, becoming more individualized over time. Team Full Strength Father programming has 3x/week total body lifts that can be adjusted for focuses on general physical prep, a blend of hypertrophy/strength, or strength. Details on the Full Strength Father Method and progressions are included in the program.

Athleticism Track
If you are a father who wants to be able to run, cut, jump, and play a variety of sports either with your kids, wife, friends, or all of the above, this track is for you. You will have dedicated sessions that focus on developing and maintaining general athleticism with an underlying focus on longevity.

Endurance Track
This track is for fathers who enjoy (or want to improve) longer duration endurance capacity. This track focuses on improving general aerobic capacity through the modalities of trail, track, and road running, cycling, rowing, skiing, and sleds.

Strongman Track
The Strongman Track is a perfect fit for a father who is looking to develop strength, conditioning, and power. Variations of carries, loads, presses, pulls, sleds, and more are included. Men who enjoy hunting, martial arts, wrestling their kids, and carrying all the groceries in one trip will love this track.

Mixed Conditioning Track
This track provides mixed conditioning sessions designed to increase overall work capacity through a wide variety of modalities. You'll see a blend of speed/power work, longer duration conditioning, strongman elements, bodyweight movements and more. It is an intelligently designed blend that will yield an elite level of conditioning without the wear and tear on your body.

Who is this training for?
Fathers of all experience levels who want to level up their fitness so that they can maximize their role.
What if I miss a day?
The Full Strength Father Method is designed so that you can adjust sessions as needed. Ideally, you are able to get at least 1 rest day between lifts. If circumstances arise that inhibit that, you can move sessions within Train Heroic to accommodate.
What does the training session schedule look like?
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will have a total body training session. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday will have sessions programmed for the four tracks of athleticism, endurance, hunting, or mixed conditioning. You can adjust based on your schedule and experience level.
What do the progressions look like?
The progressions in volume, intensity, etc. are based off of the Full Strength Father Method and detailed descriptions of how you can customize progressions are contained in Team Full Strength Father.
How much communication will I get with the coach?
Coaches will check in at least once a week. They will also be active in the team chat.
