I provide you with all the tools you need to get the results you want, all you need to do is show up and push yourself.

Through exercise demonstrations, form reviews, and our group chat where I’ll be available to answer questions and offer support, The A Team is here to help you learn how to feel better and get stronger.
Gone are the days where your training sessions drag on and on because you feel like you need to do just a little more. The A Team training program is designed to maximize the results you see while minimizing your time training. Your time is valuable, so let’s make the most of it. Expect workouts to take 45-60 minutes with proper warm ups and rest times.
There’s more to training than just the work you do in the gym. Building a network of hard working people on the same journey as you is powerful. The A Team community is here to celebrate wins, learn from each other, and encourage us to work hard every day.

What equipment do I need?
The A Team program requires access to a full gym. No exercises will require any equipment that's too obscure, so any local or commercial gym should be just fine.
Is this beginner friendly?
Extremely! All exercises come with a video demonstration to teach you how to perform the movements.
How long will the workouts take?
Each session should have you in and out of the gym in under an hour.
When should I start?
You can hop into the program at any time! You don't have to wait for the next training cycle to begin. There is a progression to the training cycles so If you jump in towards the end of a training cycle, use your best judgement when it comes to RIR targets.
