This program is designed for anyone looking to start their fitness journey.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll need access to basic strength training equipment like dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and a squat rack. A gym is recommended, but modifications can be made for home workouts.
How is this different from other training programs?
This program isn’t just a workout plan it’s a system of becoming 1% greater each day progressively, all through guidance and coaching.
How long are the workouts, and how many days per week?
Workouts are typically 45-60 minutes, 5 days a week.
What if I’m not advanced—can I still do this program?
Absolutely! This program is adaptable for all levels, whether you’re just starting or already experienced, you’ll see progress.
