Front Line Initiative was built for everyone, but with a heart for first responders and a mission to rebuild a culture of fitness and health in all communities. We go beyond physical training by integrating mental and emotional wellness as essential pillars of our approach. Our coaching delivers a complete, functional system rooted in real-world demands helping you stay ready for the challenges of both life and work.
Founded by coaches who understand the grind of long shifts, high stress, and unpredictable routines, FLI offers a sustainable path to strength, endurance, and recovery. More than just a workout plan, FLI is a supportive community built on consistency, resilience, and purpose. Every session is intentional, and every step forward is backed by a team committed to helping you grow, perform, and thrive.

I’m Grant Langston. I am a firefighter, paramedic, tactical performance coach, husband, and dad. After 20+ years coaching strength and performance, I created Front Line Initiative to help others thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. This isn’t just fitness. It’s a movement. A mission. Built for everyone, with a deep heart for first responders.
