I am getting into the online training space. The first people I want to take care of is my friends and family.

Who and Why This is for everyone – I will use my extensive training knowledge to help anyone succeed through a workout plan that gives options, so no matter who you are you can get some work in.

7 days a week programming so you can always work out whenever you can. The plan is meant so you can do at least a little something everyday, but if you miss a day, or still only want to train 3-4 days a week, this program will still work for you.

What if I miss a day?
Just do the next day! No one is expected to do everyday.
Who is this for?
Literally anyone. I am making this a one stop shop for everyone who has ever hit me up about trying to train!
But what if im not a track and field athlete, isnt that what you do?
NO. I work with all populations and people now from 10-85. Track stinks anyway.
What style of training is this?
Workouts will vary day to day, and will usually repeat in a 3-4 week cycle. As for the types of lifting, we will cross all spectrums always having options to scale down to make sure you are always capable of getting something done.
