That is what this program is all about. It is for people that want a little more than the common gym experience. It is not for people wanting to train for a sport, it is for people that just want to be a more formidable individual.

What do we mean by a formidable individual? We are talking about people that want to be muscular. We are talking about people that want to be strong. We are talking about people that want to be in shape enough to do anything they want to do. We are also talking about people that want to do this all within reason.

Reason is a big part of this program. Most people don’t want to look like a pro bodybuilder or sacrifice all their free time just to squat 5 more pounds. This program is not designed around being like that. This program is for people that want to workout an hour to 90 minutes and get after it hard, but not go to extremes.

There are a lot of methods that can get you to these kinds of goals. This program is designed around using a lot of these methods and having a little fun while doing it.
